Human Design System Creates “Personal Operating Manual”

The result is an awakening to your uniqueness, respecting and loving yourself and others as never before.

Karen W. Spirer

Holistic wellness techniques are often described as focusing on the body, mind and spirit. But the tool Karen W. Spirer offers covers even more than that. She provides clients with individualized blueprints they can use to make decisions about everything from what they eat to whom they marry to what career they pursue.

Spirer is certified in the Human Design System, known as “the science of differentiation.” She uses the system to assess her clients and identify their optimal nutritional plan, environment, relationship and work choices.

“I’ve heard people call this the personal operating manual they didn’t receive at birth,” she says. “As you know, any one decision you make can change your life—many lives—as well as well the world around us forever. This is not a belief system, but the newest logical body of self-knowledge information available.”

From each assessment, Spirer creates a colorful Human Design BodyGraph, which maps clients’ unique energy hubs for nature (their genes and cellular wisdom) and nurture (their conscious personality, which is open to outside influences). Next she helps them use their inborn decision-making tools to understand their own personal truths and values. “The result is an awakening to your uniqueness, respecting and loving yourself and others as never before, one correct and empowering decision at a time, as the only decision-making authority in your life, the captain of your own ship,” she says.
