Ossining PULSE Empowerment Retreat Set for August
from 5 p.m. August 2 to 10:30 a.m. August 4
Janet Alona Catalina
Janet Alona Catalina, co-developer of the PULSE Empowerment technique, will lead a Mindfulness and Empowerment PULSE retreat from 5 p.m. August 2 to 10:30 a.m. August 4 at The Mariandale Center, in Ossining. She will guide participants through a step-by-step process to clarify their life dreams and then discover and break through blockages to achieve those dreams.
“This is a complete process for creating what you want in life, be it a more fulfilling job, a life partner, better health, abundance or simply to become debt free,” Catalina says. “PULSE is easy to learn and fun to do, and once you’ve learned learn how to PULSE, you’ll have a tool you can use for the rest of your life, to create in the present what you desire in the future.”
Since 2005, Catalina has been leading workshops and retreats in PULSE (Perception Uniting Life Spiritual Energy) throughout the tri-state area.
“We all have a dream,” she says. “It begins with a thought, fed with a desire. What makes a dream come to life—verses a dream that disintegrates—can be determined by our unconscious beliefs. When you become aware of the dream blockers, you can then become a dream builder, creating the life you desire.”
