Program Focuses on Energy Management for Personal Well-Being

2 to 4 p.m. at Golden Temple Yoga in Katonah

Anne Bentzen

On May 6, energy healers Anne Bentzen, Carol Essig and Sherry DiNapoli will present The Sacred Nature of Energy from 2 to 4 p.m. at Golden Temple Yoga in Katonah. The class concludes a collaborative four-part series on energy management that Bentzen initiated last fall.

“The balance of energy has shifted significantly since the procession of the equinoxes in December of 2012,” she says. “This program has been very popular helping anyone understand basic energy concepts, how to raise their vibration, use energy tools to amplify their energy and have a greater connection to their higher self.”

Attendance at the first three classes is not required to join the final one. The three leaders will discuss the sacred aspects of energy, its creative source and how to work energetically with other dimensions. “Learning to trust the benevolence factor is a key component to living in flow with synchronicity and vertical alignment,” Bentzen says. “The class will conclude with an initiation into the diamond light, which all three of us will conduct for the benefit of the group. The exercise will create an energetic vortex to augment intuitive sight abilities with the pineal gland.”

Admission is $40. Register online at StarVisionsCommunity.org/Events.
