On Saturday, March 8, Premier Athletic Club in Montrose, NY, hosts a Health and Wellness Expo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The club is inviting vendors to join the event, which benefits the Hendrick Hudson Schools’ Food Service Program.

The expo aims to provide health and wellness options to the community while presenting employee wellness solutions to companies. Westchester health and wellness businesses are encouraged to participate by offering their goods and services to the public as vendors, sponsors, and t-shirt supporters. Participating businesses will be showcased in the Premier Athletic Club gym, increasing their visibility among Westchester residents.
