Star Chefs Serve Six-Course Meal at Clock Tower Farm: July 1 from 5 to 9 p.m.

On July 1, six star chefs will serve up a feast at Clock Tower Farm, located at 126 Route 39 North in Sherman, Connecticut. Executive Chef Rich Parente, who owns the Clock Tower Grill in Brewster with his wife, Cassie, will host the event.

The six-course dinner will last from 5 to 9 p.m. and cost $125, including beer and wine. (Gratuities are not included.) While diners of all ages are welcome, they must be 21 with a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

Participants can meet and dine with chefs Rich Parente; Shawn Burnette of Heritage Food + Drink in the Hudson Valley; Ned Elliot of Foreign and Domestic and founder of Indie Chefs Week in Austin, Texas; Chopped champion Emily Chapman of Pasquale Jones in NYC; Nate Middleton of Home of the Brave in Toronto; and David Santos of Good Stock and Nashville Hot Chicken Pop Ups. The Lone Wolf Trio will provide live music.

There is also live music every Friday at 8 p.m. all summer long at the Clock Tower Grill, located at 512 Clock Tower Drive in Brewster. Upcoming acts include Andrea and the Armenian Rug Riders (July 7); Jekyll and Hyde (July 14); BBS Trio (July 21); and Group Therapy (July 28). The Clock Tower Grill serves healthy, fresh food, sourcing as much local, sustainable, organic and GMO-free ingredients as possible.
