Shake out body tension with a strong flow and standing poses. Then settle on the mat for a restorative stretch to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system. Class closes with five-minutes in meditation. Some yoga experience helpful. Beginners welcome. Stephanie offers instructive verbal cues in a relaxing voice. Grab the thickest pillow or cushion you have and a thick blanket.
