 Jikiden Reiki is the original, unaltered form of Reiki, a natural healing art from Japan offering you the best drug-free solution for the damaging effects of stress. Stress is the number one cause of dis-ease and the development of disease in the body.  Reiki naturally detoxifies while restoring balance and harmony within.  Your health depends on good energy flow for optimal functioning on all levels.

 Reiki is a complementary therapy to traditional medicine enhancing healing of traumatized areas by reducing pain and associated inflammatory responses. Emotional conflicts, anxiety and depression reduce naturally as the body experiences deep relaxation.  There are no contraindications for the use of Reiki. It is safe for all ages from infants to the elderly and pets.  You can learn Reiki for yourself, your family and friends.

Learn the most accurate history, principles and intuitive art of following energy. Students receive three Reiju (activations) to assist you in feeling energy along witha special Shurushi and an integration technique unique to Jikiden Reiki. Supervised practice will give you confidence in giving treatments. Anne Bentzen is an experienced, Shihankaku Jikiden Reiki Teacher certified by the Jikiden Reiki Institute, Kyoto, Japan. Jikiden Reiki follows a standardized curriculum established by the Jikiden Reiki Institute for preservation and consistency of the original teachings.
