Natural Awakenings invites readers to this month’s Healthy Happy Hour on Thursday, May 24, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Andy’s Pure Foods in Rye. Swing by after work to sample juice shots and enjoy a nourishing, all-you-can-eat extravaganza. Andy’s features an extensive selection of fresh specialty foods and a wide array of raw, wild, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free menu items. The cost is $10 for Natural Awakenings Network (NAN) members and $15 for all others. Everyone is welcome to enjoy great food and ask questions of our surprise holistic guest! The next NAN Meditation takes place at Transcendence at SunRaven on Thursday, May 17, at 7 p.m. Our hosts for the evening, holistic physician Michael Finkelstein and transcendental counselor Robin Queen, will lead guests in a guided meditation.
