Balancing 4 Life is a holistic, restorative wellness center offering non-invasive energetic solutions for natural healing.

I discovered the relationship between energetic flow and our conscious ability to direct energy over 25 years ago while providing occupational therapy services for autistic children who are highly sensory sensitive. Realizing energy was the foundation of all life changed my perspective toward health and wellness. I now teach personal energy management skills to all clients as part of their reiki sessions.

I’ve been teaching and practicing Jikiden reiki exclusively since 2019. As an intuitive healer, I identify and monitor fluctuations of low energy problem areas and guide clients to achieve greater transformational healing of body, mind and spirit. Counseling provides vital information for clients to make conscious energy choices grounded in self-love for a positive future.

Your life experience provides me with an energetic road map to understand your health imbalances. My intuitive senses guide me to know where you are holding stress. All clients experience a deep state of relaxation and the compassionate touch I provide with Jikiden reiki. As excess mental energy is released, clients experience relief from mental and emotional stress relaxing the body further. As energy flow is restored, clients experience relief from bodily pains and inflammation. An inner feeling of tranquility arises as the body begins to heal naturally. All sessions conclude with an energy integration technique leaving clients feeling lighter, grounded and refreshed.

We will be providing Jikiden reiki seminars for students to learn beginner and advanced levels of Jikiden reiki with area teachers. As a Stargate Circle host for The Stargate Experience of Mt. Shasta, I will host free monthly livestream meditations. Additionally, we’ll host The Magic of Intention, an eight-week group series based on the work of Lynne McTaggert, An Evening with Spirit featuring different psychic mediums providing group readings, The Power of Gesture program with Jen Acks for mental-emotional healing, and shamanic healing sessions with Scott Nelson. Associate wellness practitioners will also offer monthly drumming circles and sound baths.
