Betsy has studied Usui reiki as well as taken courses in shamanic healing, mediumship, tarot and other spiritual teachings. Betsy brings a calm, caring, and receptive energy to sessions then discovers along with the client what needs to be worked on that day. Anxiety and stress inducers can be lessened. All sessions are, of course, completely confidential. Each session is unique as to what may come up to be healed for the client.
