Learn Jikiden Reiki This Summer in Pleasantville
Beginner Shoden and Advanced Okuden Jikiden Reiki Seminars
This summer take the opportunity to learn both the beginning Shoden seminar in July for hands-on treatment followed by the advanced Okuden seminar for emotional healing and distant healing in August. Jikiden Reiki is the original, unaltered form of Reiki, a natural healing art from Japan offering you the best drug-free solution from the damaging effects of stress. Reiki relieves stress by facilitating your body’s natural ability to restores balance and harmony through deep relaxation. There are no contraindications for the use of Reiki. It is safe for all ages from infants to the elderly and pets. You can learn Reiki for yourself, your family and friends and have a valuable drug-free household remedy that can be used anytime, anywhere.
Shoden: July 16-17 with Shihankaku Anne Bentzen teaches you the most accurate history, principles and the intuitive art of following energy. Students receive three Reiju to assist you in feeling energy. Students learn a special Shirushi and an integration technique unique to Jikiden Reiki. Enjoy supervised practice giving Reiki to others and for self-treatment.
Okuden: August 6th-a one-day advanced Okuden seminar with Shihan Jan Mizushima from 10 am - 5 pm. Learn 2 Shirushi for emotional healing and the Enkaku or distant healing treatments. Develop a more in depth awareness and appreciation of the Japanese culture underlying Reiki. The Jikiden Reiki Shoden seminar is a prerequisite for this program.
Teachers: Anne Bentzen is a Shihankaku Jikiden Reiki Teacher certified by the Jikiden Reiki Institute, Kyoto, Japan. She is the owner of Balancing 4 LIfe, LLC in Pleasantville, NY. Jan Mizushima is a Shihan Jikiden Reiki teacher living in Queens, NY. She teaches both Shoden and Okuden seminars in English and Japanese. Jikiden Reiki has a standardized curriculum established by the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan to ensure preservation of the original teachings without any western influence.
