As an educator for 15 years, Elana Master understands the energy and effort it takes to teach students and has a passion for giving back to her fellow educators near and far.

Join Elana as she guides you through an energetic restoration of the whole self, through breathwork, vinyasa/hatha/yin mix of movement, and meditation. (Non-educators are welcome to join.)
