Compassion Circle of Rye

Meeting in person to strengthen compassion for oneself and others

We’re hosting a new event and would love to see you there. Join us for the Compassion Circle of Rye on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Space is limited. We hope you’re able to join us!

During times of uncertainty and social unrest, we're more likely to experience higher levels of stress and worry, which can block our natural tendency to help.

Attending a compassion circle offers three key benefits:

  • Experience a deeper understanding of your needs, desires, and values. Find greater ease within yourself, reducing stress and worry.
  • Additionally, you’ll gain a heightened understanding of others, promoting empathy and compassionate interactions.
  • Learn guided meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

These practices deepen your mindfulness and compassion, enabling you to navigate life more joyfully and connect with the positive aspects of yourself and others.

Join this compassion circle at the Rye Library to experience greater well-being, self-discovery, and deeper connections.
