Family Constellations is a therapeutic group experience to help us explore personal blocks, patterns, and ancestral dynamics in a somatic and playful way, within community. During this full day workshop, individuals will represent family members or elements of the system surrounding an unresolved issue. We get out of our minds and into our bodies by representing living maps for one another. Tapping into a unique, innate bodily awareness, we illuminate underlying conflicts, influences, and generational patterns that may have previously been unseen. This can be deeply transformative work, offering healing, understanding, and reconciliation. Perspective shifts, clarity, and release of long-held emotional burdens can result. Participants often report release from old patterns deeper connections increased sense of belonging profound self-acceptance.
