Mindful Being, LLC's focus is to bring awareness to how we live our everyday lives by getting out of auto-pilot and start realizing why we do what we do.
The various workshops are designed towards a specific theme (e.g. habits, communication, relationships, etc.) with the overarching subject of mindfulness. The emphasis is on connecting our mind and body through the understanding of the breath functionings. The benefits of all workshops are to improve focus, concentration, impulse control, self-awareness, empathy, and understanding for ourselves and our surroundings.
