As coronavirus challenges us to adjust to long-term disruption in our daily lives, mindfulness guide Raditia Lasry, through her practice Mindful Being, is providing an online platform to stay connected and develop skills for dealing with uncertainty.
On April 2, from 8:30 to 9:45 p.m., Lasry will offer the last of her three sessions on Mindful Communication. “We’ll discuss and recognize our patterns and apply skills of listening and understanding other people to reach productive outcomes,” she says.
She will teach a new course, Reaching Full Potential Midst Internal Turmoil, from 8:30 to 9:45 p.m. every Wednesday between April 15 and April 30. That course will include self-exploration and expression.
“We’ll be supporting mind, body and soul in providing full potential in dealing with the current circumstance, a new normal,” she says.
