Yoga for Scoliosis 4-Week Series
This series will teach you the foundational skills you need to work with scoliosis, including understanding your curves and how to work with them.

This series will teach you the foundational skills you need to work with scoliosis and/or fusions, including understanding your curves and how to work with them. You will learn basic anatomy of the spine related to scoliosis and how to modify the poses so you may develop greater spinal length and create new patterns of movement.
What you will learn:
- Learn about your specific curve pattern along with basic anatomy of the spine related to scoliosis
- Experience a sequence of poses that lengthen your spine and slowly coax your body into improved alignment
- The curves in scoliosis are different for everyone. Learn how to perform each side depending on your curve pattern
This series offers a methodical introduction to yoga for scoliosis with each week building on the last to allow for a thorough progression of learning.
Open to ALL LEVELS of students.
Registration info:
Individuals new to the studio are required to have a private session with Cristina prior to the start of the series. This allows you to have a 1-on-1 session with Cristina Roy to learn more about your specific curve pattern.
