The new Andy’s Pure Food at the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center in Scarsdale is certified kosher by the Vaad Harabonim of Queens. Having developed a solid reputation for providing healthy and delicious food in his Rye store, owner Andy Ozgur recognized that the Scarsdale community would benefit from a kosher Andy’s. The new location is conveniently down the road from the YM/YWHA of Mid-Westchester.     

Andy’s Pure Food has raw and vegan selections to aid in the body’s “spring cleaning,” and knowledgeable staff members can educate customers about the value of their 3 to 7 day cleanses and Customized Cleanse program for individual health goals. “Our cleanses can clear out toxins and limit junk food cravings,” says Ozgur, “and they help people get ready for the warmer weather by preparing the body for healthier eating habits.”   

Andy’s Pure Foods features healthy foods and juices made with a high percentage of seasonal and local foods. Delivery service is available throughout Westchester and Fairfield, Connecticut, with selected drops in Putnam County and New York City, based on demand. The Scarsdale store observes Shabbat and is closed from Friday sundown through Saturday. Otherwise, daily store hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in both locations.
