StarVisions of Chappaqua Moving Forward: Memorial service for Helen Celestine Escoffier, founder of StarVisions and bold new plans for the StarVisions community.

Helen Celestine Escoffier, founder of StarVisions

In May, the metropolitan area lost a bright light with the passing of Helen Celestine Escoffier, founder of StarVisions. In 1990, with the help of her family, Helen transformed her Chappaqua, NY, home into a center for spiritual ceremony and guidance and energetic healings. Attracting wisdom teachers and healers from around the world, she provided residents north of NYC a unique opportunity to connect with teachers and join a community of seekers and those consciously aware of our shifting times. On June 24, the Chapel at Croton Falls and StarVisions hosted a memorial service; led by Bear Walker and Roland Comtois, wisdom teachers celebrated Helen’s life with reflections, music and healing offerings.

During the service, Helen’s vision for expansion was revealed through video by Jim Guerci, StarVisions’ director of communications. The StarVisions community is now boldly moving forward to support the shifting of consciousness worldwide through its website, StarVisionsCommunity.org.  Plans are underway to create global teleconferencing of StarVisions events, publish a workbook manual on the teachings of the medicine wheel, and provide more community events to support world unity.

A first offering will be held August 5 at 7 p.m. at the Chapel at Croton Falls on Route 22, as StarVisions hosts an evening of music, dance and world unity. World-renowned musician Msarfiri Zawose, a native of Tanzania, will perform African Gogo music, and there will be a short documentary film. The cost is $14. As seating is limited, those interested should pre-pay online.

A fall gathering of wisdom keepers is planned to launch StarVisions’ community for the future. See StarVisionsCommunity.org for details.
