Rhythm In Rye is a consignment store that buys and sells designer fashion for men, women and children, along with home goods and handbags. “All of our designer clothes look nearly new if they are not actually new, complete with tags,” says owner Renee Drummon. “The savings are amazing, and it’s a great way to reduce reuse and recycle. People are getting rid of what they no longer use, and they often use their credit in the store to purchase new items.”   

On select evenings, Rhythm in Rye features live music and face painters, and Drummon says that people can use the store to host a party. She also rents out space to trades that want to sell their items or spread the word out about what they do. “Our front porch is a great place to do trade and trunk shows because of all the foot traffic,” she adds.

 Designer goods at Rhythm in Rye represent such names as Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Cartier and Dior.
