Health & Harmony Massage and Wellness Center is excited to open its doors in Brewster this summer. The center offers massage, Reiki and acupuncture from licensed professionals in a tranquil environment, along with meditation classes. New clients can receive a customized 60-minute massage at the center for the discounted price of $55.

“Just as every body is different, every client at Health & Harmony receives a customized massage that integrates such modalities as Swedish, deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and sports massage,” says owner Heather Soss. “Clients can also request a modality of their own choosing.”

Soss, a Licensed Massage Therapist, is a Putnam native who decided to open her business as a way to give back to the community. “I grew up in Brewster and I wanted to be able to provide a peaceful space where people can come to take a break from their busy lives and improve their overall health in a town that I still hold close to my heart,” she says.
