Well On The Way® Holistic Healing Center in Ossining and White Plains is teaming up with Ruth Kohake, holistic nurse and weight loss expert, to present a weight loss program and contest called Wow! Look at me Now! The person who loses the most weight in the contest will win an iPad.  Well On The Way director Elizabeth Pasquale says that participants will receive weekly personal health coaching during the contest, which begins on October 15.
