Ayurveda and Much More at Santhigram Wellness in White Plains

Santhigram Wellness in White Plains, New York, has become an integral part of the community, offering Ayurvedic treatments and educating people on a variety of holistic options. Since opening its doors in 2010, the center has provided classes on a variety of topics, including Ayurveda, healthy cooking, nutrition, yoga, meditation and spirituality.

Santhigram Wellness is also a place where a variety of local practitioners can offer their services. Cheryl Aiello of Yoga Heart & Health now teachers yoga classes on Monday nights. On Thursday evenings, Veronica Eldridge leads a free Sahaja Meditation program at Santhigram Wellness, and reflexologist Mary Peck is regularly available to see clients.

The center is active in supporting community events such as the “Get on the Mat for Mental Health” initiative, organized by the Mental Health Association of Westchester, and the annual March of Dimes walk. “We are blessed to have such a supportive community here in Westchester and we are encouraged to see such a keen interest in all-natural medical alternatives such as Ayurveda,” says co-owner Shyno Chacko Pandeya. “As we launch into our third year, we are excited to deepen our community connections. And soon, a very popular organic meal delivery company will launch its only Westchester location here at Santhigram Wellness.”
