How would you describe your Pilates studio? Set on the estate of Purchase College of the State University of New York, the Art of Control studio is in the campus’s sprawling physical education center. Our Pilates instructors are professional and certified, with more than 600 hours of education. We tailor sessions to our clients’ needs.
What services or amenities do you offer? We offer authentic Pilates sessions and classes with traditional equipment, teacher’s certification programs, massage therapy, Feldenkrais sessions, and Pilates conferences and education. As a former professional ballet dancer, my focus is on correcting alignment and making sure the client understands how to execute the movement. I specialize in orthopedic post-rehabilitation, particularly back, knee and hip issues.
