Golden Temple Yoga in Katonah presents The Aquarian Teacher program, beginning this summer. The level one teacher-training program is for those who wish to learn and share the basics of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. The program will train future instructors in the fundamental principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga, including the kriyas and meditations.

During the training program students will participate in early morning sadhana (spiritual practice), establish a foundation in the practice, and experience the powerful transformational energy of White Tantric Yoga. Trainees will practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting. Aquarian Teacher course dates for the current year are August 2, 3 and 4, September 21 to 22, October 12 to 13, November 9, 10, 16 and 17 and December 7 and 8, with additional dates in 2014.

The course fee is $3,400, with a $200 discount for seniors, students, and those who pre-register. Payment plans are also available, and space is limited. White Tantric Yoga course attendance is required and included in the cost, and attendance at 20 Kundalini Yoga classes is required for certification.
