On July 12 and 13, 2013, Equine Energetix presents its signature weekend workshop experience, “Seeing With the Heart,” at Mistover Farm in Pawling, NY. The workshop blends fun, exciting equine activities, in-depth group discussions and one-on-one sessions with Equine Energetix founder James Cassese, LCSW.

“While most people are acquainted with their own sense of inner knowing, many of us have experienced it most clearly in the rear view mirror, as in, ‘I should have listened to my gut!’” says Cassese. “The first step to reawaken that innate sensory awareness is to open the heart. Research has revealed that there is constant communication between the heart and the brain that influences our perception, intuition and emotional experiences.”

Seeing With the Heart features equine assisted teaching techniques to help participants access intutive knowing and instinct. “Native American legends say that the eyes of the horse were made from stars, which means that they connect us to the cosmos,” says Cassese. “When our heart center connects to the horse, our perception and authentic power are magnified by the universe.”
