What’s it like? All Sport features a full-service, newly renovated, serene studio with flexible bamboo flooring dedicated to mind/body classes, including all levels of yoga. What do you offer? Among the services I offer are individual or group yoga classes, weight training, Pilates, strength training, nutritional counseling and weight-loss management. My Practical Fitness class is a 1-hour class consisting of 15 minutes of weight-lifting techniques, 25 minutes of calisthenics (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc.) and 15 minutes of cardiovascular activity. The cost is $20 per session (or less with purchase of a class card).
