Recologie is a new, multi-business destination with a mission to combine vegan/vegetarian dining, eco-retailing and education in the heart of downtown New Rochelle. Dedicated to cultivating an appreciation for a sustainable planet, Recologie aims to help consumers use their purchasing power to promote social and environmental responsibility. 

The business carries Fair Trade products that reinforce the importance of supporting local and global economies through ethical business practices. The boutique is surrounded by a gallery that exhibits the work of artists who are dedicated to using recycled and sustainable materials. At the heart of Recologie is a café, where chef Amy Bach creates unique recipes and weekly specials featured on a small plate menu of vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free specialties.

Maria Santino Cisneros, the original owner of the Recologie Boutique in Larchmont, NY, joined forced with artist and arts space developer Judith Weber to bring Recologie to New Rochelle. Together they blended their visions to create an inspiring place to shop, learn and dine.
