Transcendence at SunRaven presents its popular couples program, Skillful Relationships, from Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 16. The program will be led by psychospiritual counselor, Robin Queen, and holistic physician, Michael Finkelstein, MD, who will guide couples in developing effective communication and dialogue skills.

“Achieving balance and maintaining peace in our relationships is essential to our well-being on many levels,” says Finkelstein. “The weekend will cover learning to give and receive, developing mutual goals that make sense and keep us happy and fulfilled, finding the right spiritual balance, learning to hold space and honor differences and, finally, finally, getting the love we want.”

Queen says that the goal of the program is to help couples rekindle the fire that sparked the beginning of their relationship, and reconnect on a deeper level. “In a beautiful and safe space, couples will receive the guidance necessary for establishing and sustaining a solid foundation for both personal well-being and a healthy relationship, since both are required to thrive,” she says. “Before the program starts, Michael and I will meet privately with participating couples. During the program, individuals will meet privately with each one of us. We welcome all couples to participate in this transformative program.”
