2014 Workshops to Introduce One Light Healing Touch Energy School

Penny Lavin

Penny Lavin, an instructor with the energy healing school One Light Healing Touch (OLHT), is offering introductory workshops in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties this spring. The events precede the opening of the OLHT school in June.

A Day of Healing Workshop, offered on April 26 and May 18 and 31, introduces participants to the methods of scanning, radiant and color healing and the “Sacred Six Practices” to clear blockages and increase health and spiritual awareness. Lavin will also teach the “OLHT Nine-Point Protocol,” demonstrating high-quality healing work done in a protected and ethical manner.

The OLHT school is a comprehensive, experiential training, offering 33 shamanic, holistic and esoteric healing techniques and 50 self-healing practices for body, mind and spirit. The 18-day sessions meet from June to November and graduates receive a Certificate in Energy Healing. The program is tailored to those seeking personal growth, change or healing, and to all healthcare practitioners, and OLHT honors all spiritual traditions, serving the novice and the advanced practitioner alike.

“Students of the OLHT school have reported dramatic physical and emotional healings, including the elimination or reduction of pain, anxiety, asthma, depression, fibromyalgia, and lymphedema,” says Lavin, who has worked with energy healing since 1985. She has a private practice in Lagrangeville, NY, and produces award-winning documentaries on body, mind and spirit topics.
