Yoga class at Studio 14

Studio14 in Port Chester, NY, Westchester County’s first hybrid fitness studio, has launched a “14 for 14” charity initiative to match goodwill with good exercise. Each month the studio works with a non-profit organization to host an event, donating 100 percent of the proceeds to the cause.

Beneficiaries so far include Sole Ryeders and Friends, Toys for Tots, Food to Grow On and MAC Angels. Upcoming events at Studio 14 involve Challenged Athletes Foundation, Remind.org, Breast Cancer Alliance and Rye Youth Council. Anyone interested in participating or hosting a fundraiser should contact [email protected]

Combo Classes at the studio unite the principles of indoor cycling and yoga, taking fitness enthusiasts through an efficient one-hour workout that is part high-intensity cardio and part relaxation, balancing and stretching on the mat. The classes are suitable for all levels and can be individually tailored to ensure safety, fun and fitness. Studio 14’s spacious, state-of-the-art cycling studio features top of the line bikes and performance monitoring to track workouts and ensure an appropriate challenge. Hardwood floors line the open and roomy yoga studio, featuring classes taught by celebrity yoga coach Gwen Lawrence and her trained instructors.
