Stephanie Buck

Stephanie Buck, Psychotherapist and Creative Art Therapist in Hastings-on-Hudson, announces the formation of two new Expressive Arts groups. The first is an ongoing group for adults who want to explore and work through challenging issues and expand their creativity, overcome blocks, and strengthen their inner resources.

“Within a safe and supportive environment, there will be an individualized exploration and use of different creative modalities, including painting, drawing, writing, sounding, and clay work,” says Buck. “No previous art experience is necessary, and all materials are supplied.” This group will meet bi-monthly from 6 to 8:15 p.m.

A six-week Expressive Arts Group For Psychotherapists and Mental Health Professionals is also forming, to meet on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 4 and 18, May 2 and 16, and June 6 and 20. “This group will offer participants opportunities to experience firsthand the profound possibilities for healing and growth through expressive arts work,” says Buck. “Woven through these sessions will be opportunities to discuss and share thoughts about integrating this work into our current practice.”

Buck specializes in expressive arts therapy, couples and family therapy and therapy support for cancer patients.
