Workshop Series, Book Offer Hope for the Heartbroken: with Joseph V. Cassarino in Yonkers, NYC and Rhinebeck, NY

Retired New York entrepreneur Joseph V. Cassarino has launched a unique restorative program, “Change Over Time,” designed to help the heartbroken get through the pain of divorce and other relationship breakups in a healthy, productive manner. The series includes workshops, books, self-help materials and international coaching services focused on the goal of “tapping into the source of one’s higher self.”

Cassarino pursued his own journey of self-healing after abruptly losing his family life to divorce after 20 years of marriage. Part physical regimen and part spiritual quest, Cassarino’s personal course of action included exercise, diet, reconnection with nature and meditation. He discovered that his sense of self and feelings of well-being returned in weeks, rather than the months or even years that he had been dreading. He structured “Change Over Time” to meet the needs of others in similar circumstances.

“We hold the power within each of us to do anything, achieve anything and transcend anything,” he says. “We simply need to learn how to harness that power.”

The next “Change Over Time” workshops will be held May 8 at 7 p.m. at the Royal Regency Hotel in Yonkers, NY; June 5 at Vino 313 in Manhattan; and June 12 at the Beekman Arms Hotel in Rhinebeck, NY. Cassarino also offers a “Change Over Time” nature walk every Saturday afternoon at Ferncliff Forest in Rhinebeck.

Cassarino’s upcoming book, Change Over Time, can now be preordered online. For info on his workshops, book, nature walks and coaching services, visit OvercomeDivorcePain.com
