We have organic, fair trade Nicaraguan coffee and freshly made gluten-free and sugar-free baked goods. We also feature fresh juices made from fruit and vegetables, Green Juices, smoothies, protein shakes, and our famous Hale and Hearty Soup, which goes great with one of our signature salads.”

Trailside Café has also introduced a Farm-to-Table selection of salads, grilled vegetables and free-range chicken, freshly prepared by Peter Pratts Inn. “We invite people to come in and sample our healthy fare and drink options and relax in our comfy new space, where free Wi-Fi is also available,” says Fagan.
