The Brazilian Toe Technique uses acupressure points to promote deep relaxation, reduce emotional stress and imbalances and activate the release of toxins. 

“There are six energy meridians that connect to the organs in the body, all of which end in the toes,” Cirillo notes. “These organs include the spleen, liver, bladder, gall bladder, and kidney. Holding the toes in a certain sequential pattern creates a circuit of energy between the practitioner and the client, which influences the organs.”
