Natural Awakenings kicks off its first-ever Book Publishing Party April 9, 2015, from 7 to10 p.m. at Recologie in New Rochelle, NY. All are invited for a night of meeting and mingling with interesting people. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar will be available. The event, which celebrates local authors Dr. Michael Finkelstein, Cathleen O’Connor and Elizabeth Harper, will include short talks, opportunities to speak with the authors, book sales and soft music. 

Finkelstein’s book, Slow Medicine: Hope and Healing for Chronic Illness, helps readers identify the root cause of their health challenges and presents a step-by-step plan to bring them back into balance.
