Earth Angels Veterinary Hospital in Wappingers Falls, NY, has partnered with Pets of the Homeless and the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley to become an official food and supplies collection station for disadvantaged pets. Pet food donors who meet certain criteria may be eligible for reduced wellness exams for their beloved companions.

Earth Angels is able to accept all dry and canned pet food, along with pet carriers and new pet beds, grooming supplies, collars, leashes and toys. These new items will be collected and distributed by the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley. Throughout the calendar year, Earth Angels is offering a half price pet wellness exam at the hospital for every 50 to 100 lbs. of donated pet food, and one free exam for 100 lbs. or more of donated food. Donations are accepted at the hospital during normal business hours.
