Integrated Peace Arts, a nonprofit organization offering contemplative arts, healing arts and weight-loss services to the Westchester community, has opened at its new location at 305 Central Avenue, Suite 2, White Plains, NY.

“We introduce people to ancient practices that still the mind,” says cofounder Kim Gold. “With a calm mind, people can better achieve their goals of fitness, weight loss, inner peace or any number of healthy lifestyle changes. These services are all under one roof.” Classes include a full range of mind/body disciplines offered through Still Mind Martial Arts & Yoga, including aikido, Tai Chi, Chi Gung, meditation and yoga. Weight-loss services are offered through the Mindful Life Weight Loss program, a “gentle and joyful path” to sustainable weight loss via group and individual weight-loss counseling.  

Integrated Peace Arts offers a two-week trial period that includes unlimited access to all programs for $25, as well as an ongoing special for families. “After the first $100 of programs, any other program is discounted at 50 percent for additional family members,” Gold says. “We believe healthy living is a family issue, and so our pricing structure allows for the entire family to have access to our offerings in a sustainable, long-term way. It’s consistent with our mission of serving the needs of families in the community.”
