These services are all under one roof.” Classes include a full range of mind/body disciplines offered through Still Mind Martial Arts & Yoga, including aikido, Tai Chi, Chi Gung, meditation and yoga. Weight-loss services are offered through the Mindful Life Weight Loss program, a “gentle and joyful path” to sustainable weight loss via group and individual weight-loss counseling.
Integrated Peace Arts offers a two-week trial period that includes unlimited access to all programs for $25, as well as an ongoing special for families. “After the first $100 of programs, any other program is discounted at 50 percent for additional family members,” Gold says. “We believe healthy living is a family issue, and so our pricing structure allows for the entire family to have access to our offerings in a sustainable, long-term way. It’s consistent with our mission of serving the needs of families in the community.”
