The New Dawn Foundation presents their fourth annual Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday, August 22, 2015, in New Rochelle, NY. Expo visitors can spend the day exploring products and services that will inspire them to strive for greater physical and mental wellness.

“It’s a chance for like-minded people to come together for a day of fun and expansion of consciousness,” says Alexandra LeClere, president of The New Dawn Foundation. “We believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but complete physical, mental and social well-being.”

The Health and Wellness Expo will feature products and services to support and enhance a healthy lifestyle, including acupuncture, clairvoyance, healthy living, holistic wellness, relaxation massage, yoga and product demonstrations. “All of these different approaches can support and complement each other, as the needs of the body, mind and spirit are interconnected,” LeClere says. “After spending the day with an amazing array of speakers, nutritionists, fitness experts, and trainers, expo attendees will come away with the tools and ideas they need to lead a healthier, more active and fulfilling life.”
