Hudson Valley Regional Farmers Market Moves Indoors for Winter

Hudson Valley Regional Farmers Market, located at 15 Mount Ebo Road South in Brewster, NY, has begun its transition indoors for the changing seasons. The market is held every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. year round. “We are in the midst of planning special events for every weekend in December and will be posting updates online regularly through our Facebook page and in our weekly newsletter,” says Storm Keefe, HVCPA’s marketing and community relations coordinator.

HVCPA was launched this year with the dual aim of enhancing the community’s access to local, sustainable and seasonal foods while creating educational and work opportunities for community members with disabilities.

“Over the last year, the market’s vendor lineup has continued to diversify and expand, offering customers a truly top-notch and artisanal take on locally crafted foods and goods,” Keefe says. “There are ongoing special events, market activities and demonstrations specially chosen with community wellness, growth and enhancement in mind. Our offerings are constantly growing and evolving based on customer feedback and interest.” The market also frequently hosts a pop-up shop featuring locally sourced goods from vendors who cannot make it to the market, Keefe says.
