Fall Workshop on Healing Pain Naturally: Workshop at the Brooklyn Organic Kitchen

The Holistic Professional Alliance (HPA) will host its fall workshop, Healing Your Pain Naturally—Mind, Body and Spirit, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., September 22, at the Brooklyn Organic Kitchen in Mahopac.

“A team of local wellness practitioners will be sharing their expertise on how to manage pain naturally,” says HPA founder Dr. Jody Kennedy of Integrity Chiropractic. “Participants will be able to join the discussion with the panelists as they answer questions and offer useful tips to feel better. We encourage people to come and discover natural solutions to their pain.” Admission is $10, and seating is limited. Light organic refreshments will be provided, or participants can order from the menu.

HPA is a group of local wellness professionals sharing a mission to provide the community with a total-body approach to health and wellness by offering community education as well as a variety of holistic services for the mind, body and soul. In addition to Kennedy, HPA members include acupuncturist Jo Anne Tenzer; Dr. David Lerner from the Center for Holistic Dentistry, Joy Perlow, a Joyous Life health and wellness coach; Nagi Wissa from Lake Mahopac Pharmacy; Dana Boulanger from Natural Awakenings magazine WPC; Sandra Marinelli from Brooklyn Organic Kitchen; and Christine Dodge from Putnam Yoga.
