Counseling Across Lifespan: Helping Patients Reach their Goals

Sarah Kent, who offers “counseling across the lifespan,” including treatment with cognitive behavior therapy, supportive psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapy, medications and skill training to help patients reach their goals, is opening offices in Katonah and Manhattan.
Kent is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in New York and Connecticut and a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She received her training at several leading universities, including Cornell University and New York University.
Among the conditions she treats are ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder.
