Mary Ellen O’Brien, an intuitive coach, channel and healer, will launch a new, two-month transformation program, the Higher Self Connecting Circle, on October 23. The sessions will be held on four Sundays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at a Cold Spring retreat house with expansive views of the Hudson River.

Each group meeting will include channeled guidance, an energy healing, coaching and group discussions. Topics will include Inner Guidance vs. Limiting Thoughts, Discovering Your True Essence, Tuning into the Law of Attraction, and Expressing Your Higher Self in All Areas of Your Life. Each participant will also receive four private sessions that will include a combination of coaching, energy healing and channeled guidance. These are tailored to the individual and can focus on career, work-life balance, relationships, abundance, spiritual growth and intuitive development.
