A new holistic health practice, Hudson Valley Natural Health, is now open in Mount Kisco.  Owned and operated by Dr. Kurt Beil, a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist, the practice covers the entire range of health services, from seasonal immune support and treatment of acute infections to care of chronic conditions like digestive issues, hormone imbalances, cognitive and mood disorders, insomnia and musculoskeletal pain.

“I love helping people balance their symptoms,” Beil says. “Working with medications and lab tests from their physicians, I help them manage their diet, lifestyle and stresses while using natural methods to facilitate an individualized, supportive healing experience. Born and raised in White Plains, Beil spent 15 years in Portland, Oregon, studying and practicing natural medicine—as well as teaching and researching it at an accredited four-year medical institution—before recently returning to Westchester. “I loved my experiences out West,” he says. “They taught me so much about what is possible for health and well-being when we work with the healing power of natural, holistic medicine. I’m glad to be back in New York sharing this needed component of health care with the people of the Hudson Valley region."
