Through home visits in and around the Westchester area, the Synchronicity Sisters—Sophia Shkreli and Martha Lulgjuraj—are empowering people to reframe their personal challenges and overcome obstacles using peaceful techniques that alter perception through mindfulness. These integrative techniques include a personalized meditation program (MeTime Meditation); intuitive life coaching; Reiki; chakra energy balancing (tuning fork therapy); and past-life regression.
Born in Bronx and raised in Armonk, NY, the Albanian sisters bring a family twist to the concept of holistic health, with its focus on mind, body and soul. Shkreli says they were inspired to share their spiritual journey and gifts with the community. “We want to raise the vibrational frequency of the heart, inspiring great change within each person, hopefully creating a ripple effect, like a stone skidding across a stream, promoting self-awareness and compassion for others,” she says.
The Synchronicity Sisters co-teach the course One Soul, Many Lives: Exploring Past Lives through Meditation during the fall and spring semesters at Westchester Community College, as well as several times throughout the year at the Scarsdale Adult School.
