The approaching holiday season means things are even busier than usual at Aura Salon, a full-service natural beauty salon for women, men and children in Chappaqua. “This time of year, our customers tell me it’s a time saver to get their hair, nails, facials, eyebrows and makeup done all in one location,” says owner Leticia Villagran.

November and December are popular months for self-pampering, she says. “Many of our customers will get a mini-facial or a 90-minute mani-pedi treatment while getting a color touch-up and conditioning for their hair with a botanical treatment,” she says. “They’ll get themselves ready for the holidays with a blowout, makeup and eyebrow shaping, and we also offer all kinds of waxing, including Brazilian bikini.” For convenience, the salon offers online booking and is open six days a week, including Mondays.

Villagran says 23 years in the industry have taught her which salon products deliver excellent results while protecting staff, customers and the environment from harsh chemicals or toxins.
