Margaret Cucchiarella, a nationally certified reflexologist with 12 years’ experience, started working at AON last year, and she says reflexology complements physical therapy. “Reflexology is a powerful holistic approach to reducing stress throughout your entire body. It assists with the natural healing process by applying specific pressure techniques to reflex points in your feet and hands that correlate to each organ in your body. It is incredibly relaxing, and when your body is relaxed, then healing can really take effect.”
