Natural Care of Westchester is starting the year off with several new services as well as new monthly classes designed to help people better their health through nutrition. “Knowledge is the key to great health, and great health motivates you to learn to more,” says Dr. Marizelle Arce, owner and resident naturopathic doctor.

The classes—including Make Your Own Sauerkraut, Make Your Own Kombucha and How Raw Milk Can Heal You—will be offered one Saturday a month. “Each class can help anyone prepare to nourish and heal themselves and their families,” Arce says.

Other classes will focus on how castor oil and Himalayan salt treatments can be added to a detox regimen or can be used to help jumpstart healing the body, inside and out. “Castor oil helps move the lymph and blood, and Himalayan and Dead Sea salts help cleanse the skin and balance the minerals of the body,” she explains.

Three new services being offered incorporate those ingredients: castor oil wraps combined with infrared sauna, Himalayan salt rubs combined with infrared sauna, and Himalayan and Dead Sea salt foot soaks.
