Experience Elemental Change through Self-Actualization Weekend Retreat in Rye: April 7 - 9
Wainwright House in Rye, location of the Rewire Me Retreat
Transformation expert Rose Caiola and astrologer Pamela Cucinell will lead a Rewire Me Retreat, focused on the human connection to the ancient elements of earth, air, fire and water, April 8-9 at Wainwright House, located on the Long Island Sound in Rye.
Both Jungian psychology and Myers-Briggs personality testing are rooted in our unconscious connection to the ancient elements, Cucinell notes. “By becoming alert to the symbolic content around us, we feel more present in the world. At this time of immense change, a knowledge of the elements’ colors, sounds and ritual help balance an individual and enhance his or her relationships.”
Through this elemental connection, participants will experience greater self-awareness, Caiola says. “This exclusive retreat is designed for those who are ready to dive deeper into their true selves and enhance all aspects of their personal and professional lives.”
The retreat will include interactive workshops, accommodations, meditation and yoga, gourmet meals, a personalized astrology chart and a focus on empowerment and community. For pricing information, visit RewireMe.com/event/retreat.
Caiola, a certified consultant for Neurochange Solutions, holds certifications in Holographic Memory Resolution and neurofeedback and is trained in kinesiology, hypnosis meditation and yoga.
