Art of Healing Introduces Facial Services and New Yoga Programs: Offering facials with cold laser therapy as well as regular facials and peels.

To celebrate its first anniversary at its new location in Carmel, the Art of Healing has unveiled an updated menu of programs and services for 2017, including facial services and new yoga classes.

Caryn Brogan, a licensed esthetician, will be joining the Art of Healing in March, offering facials with cold laser therapy as well as regular facials and peels.

According to Bill Bubenicek, founder and owner of the Art of Healing, one of the new yoga programs is a monthly “Bend n Brunch,” an all-levels yoga class following brunch snacks with drinks, every first Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The $30 fee covers the class and unlimited food and drinks. Participants who bring in a dish will get in for $15.

Every Monday from 10 to 10:45 a.m., the Art of Healing will host a parent-and-me yoga class for children 6 months to 3 years old. Its gentle yoga class held every Friday at noon is “perfect for beginners, senior citizens and prenatal women,” Bubenicek says. Reiki Master Wendy Osoria will offer a meditation class every Thursday at 11 a.m.

The Art of Healing is located at 64 Gleneida, Carmel, NY. For more info, call 845.878.4325 or visit TheArtOfHealing4All.com.
